A 50% Non-refundable deposit is due upon placement of your order and the balance is due upon completion of your custom unit .
If you cancel your custom order or do not pay the balance when unit is completed, you will forfeit your 50% deposit (your deposit will not be returned and it cannot be used for store credit). There are no exceptions or extensions to our rules and regulations for payment plans for any reason period. If you feel that there may be any reason to prevent you from paying your balance on time, we encourage you to pay for your order in full upon initial order. We do prosecute for non-approved charge backs.

Detangle wig before shampooing
Shampoo wig once bi-weekly with lukewarm water using moisture enriched, sulfate free products
Shampoo using a downward hand motion
DO NOT ‘scrub’ wig together during shampoo
Condition, comb through and rinse thoroughly
Let air dry
Excess product buildup will cause tangling and matting
