SHIPPING & RETURNS

POLICY AND PROCEDURES 

WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. IF YOU DO NOT ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. 

 

THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS

1)      Congratulations you’ve made a purchase for your order from Bee Dynasty Virgin Hair Experience!

2)      You will receive an Order Confirmation Email

3)      The Processing period begins. Processing time is 2-3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended an additional 1-3 business days during a sale.  

4)      After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created

5)      You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be emailed to you. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.   

6)      Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail (3-4 business days US) 

 

PROCESSING TIME

  • It takes 2-3 Business days for your order to process. Processing occurs on Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)

  • You will received tracking information after order is shipped

This is the time it takes to have enough time for Quality control on our end. It allows us to test out all bundles to make sure they meet our high quality standards. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check you spam folder. 

 

SHIPPING TIME

  • (United States) 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail

  • This time does not include the processing period

  • Expect delays during sales periods & holidays. (2-5 Business day delay)  

 

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. Our products cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

  • If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.

  • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. 

 

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. It is also recommend that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well a tracking number for your package. 

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Bee Dynasty Essentials,LLC is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. 

  • You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.

  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
